This Privacy Policy explains how Happynas World ("we", "us"), the registered partnership firm that builds and operates the Sellaris platform, collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information when you use the Sellaris platform and website.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and data generated through your use of the platform:

Account data — name, email address, phone number, organisation details and authentication credentials.
Business data — product catalog, inventory, orders, pricing, customers and financial records you enter or import.
Integration credentials — access tokens for marketplaces, couriers, payment and messaging providers you connect. These are encrypted at rest.
Usage data — log data, device and browser information, IP address and feature interactions.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, secure and improve the platform.
To synchronise your listings, inventory and orders with the channels you connect.
To generate analytics, forecasts and AI recommendations for your account.
To communicate service notices, security alerts and support responses.
To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

3. AI processing

Certain features use machine learning and large language models to generate content, pricing suggestions and forecasts. Your business data may be processed by these models to produce results for your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train third-party foundation models for other customers.

4. Data sharing

We share information only with: (a) infrastructure and sub-processors that operate the service (hosting, database, email, payment and messaging providers); (b) the marketplaces and logistics partners you explicitly connect; and (c) authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active, and thereafter only as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion at any time, subject to those obligations.

6. Security

We apply tenant isolation, encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive credentials, role-based access control, audit logging and least-privilege access for our personnel. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

7. Your rights

8. International transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in regions outside your own. Where that occurs, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection.

9. Children

The platform is a business tool and is not directed to individuals under 18.

10. Changes
