These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sellaris platform, a product built and operated by Happynas World ("we", "us"), a registered partnership firm in Mumbai, India. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Sellaris provides a multi-tenant commerce management platform including catalog, inventory, order, pricing and storefront functionality, together with optional AI-assisted features and third-party integrations.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use.
You retain all rights to the business data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The platform connects to third-party services at your direction. We are not responsible for their availability, policies or actions, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
AI-generated content, pricing suggestions and forecasts are provided as assistance only. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or acting on them. We make no warranty that AI outputs are accurate, complete or compliant with marketplace policies.
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at purchase. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with prior notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your business data, your products, or your use of the service in breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
